About
White rhinoceroses are the most social rhinos and often graze in loose groups on short grasslands. Their wide mouths are adapted for mowing grass, unlike browsing rhinos with pointed lips. Conservation protection helped southern white rhinos rebound, but poaching for horn remains a severe threat.
