About
Common bottlenose dolphins live in flexible social groups and communicate with whistles, clicks, and body movements. They use echolocation to find prey and can cooperate while herding fish. Their adaptability makes them familiar in coastal waters, but bycatch, pollution, disturbance, and habitat degradation still affect many populations.
